Today Google Scholar launched an empowerment initiative aimed at offering American citizens full text legal opinions and rulings from US federal and state, district, appellate and Supreme courts. In the company announcement the service suggests additional features such as "Cited by", "How Cited", and "Related articles list" that collectively enhance the user experience and aid in comprehension of the subject matter.
